Question.

The print can be scraped off the product.

Answer.

If printing is done on plastic or lacquered material, an incorrect print scheme may have been selected.

Check that the 1 drp option is selected in the quick settings.

Too much ink means that the print will not adhere properly to the material.

Please note that on some lacquered materials the print may have difficulty attaching.

Question.

The print has started to lose black.

Answer.

The print head may be dirty.


	Do a 3 sec Purge and wipe the head.


	Sometimes Hard Purge may also be needed if the head has drawn in a lot of paper dust.

Question.

The print becomes fainter and fainter and finally disappears.

Answer.

If the print head gets too much ink, it shuts down and stops printing.

Check Meniscus Pressure and Meniscus Pump load.
