Alt.1 A new version has just been installed, and the program would like to alert you that any settings need to be changed/checked.

Alt.2 The program cannot find a valid license.

Make sure that the license key is attached to one of your computer's printer/USB ports.

Check that the correct license details are entered under the Miscellaneous tab.

Error message saying [MSC VP 140.dll] is missing when updating or reinstalling PostSort Production from ver 6.0.

Download MS Visual C++ redistributable x86 from Postsort Support Download.

Question.

Error -35 after updating Windows. (Does not apply to PostSort with Domino printer)

Answer.

Reinstallation of the com drivers (CdrvNTWDMD) for the com card is needed.

Normally located on D: in the Program Files (x86)\PostSort\PsPrint\Drivers\CommDrv folder.

Click on the .EXE file and install.

Restart your computer.

Question.

Error message saying The command send new label has been received before the previous label has been sent.

Answer.

Possible causes:

•Dirty or broken photocell.

•Incorrect settings in the production software.

•A product is under the photocell when production starts.
