For customers with support contracts:

Companies with service agreements have free support during office hours.

The person contacting the support service must have completed the basic training, or have equivalent knowledge.

For customers without a support contract:

Support calls are charged according to the current price list.

The session number can be obtained from 21Grams support at Support@21grams.com

Enter the session number and click connect.

An application is downloaded.

Click run when download is complete.
