Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions applicable to the use of PostSort software and various services provided by 21grams AB.

Please note that this summary is provided "as is" and shall not form part of the contract with 21grams AB.

Installation

The software may be installed on multiple computers. However, the license key may only be used on one computer.

The software or license key must not be made available to more than one computer at the same time (e.g. by installing the software on a terminal server).

Extra licens

Purchase an additional license to use the software or license key on more than one computer.

An extra licence can only be purchased if the use relates to the same workplace as the main licence.

Production files

The production files created with PostSort may only be used in your own business and at the same workplace.

Licensees are not entitled to sell, or otherwise transfer, production files to anyone else.

Two exceptions exist and require that the licensee does not charge for the service.

Exception 1

•The licensee may transfer production files if the recipient is able to produce these files in its own PostSort software.

•The recipient must not have an older version of the software.

Exception 2

•The licensee may transfer the production files if the recipient is to produce address carriers that the licensee will then use in its own production.

Support agreement

The prerequisite for signing a support contract is that the latest version of the software is installed.

Support contracts entitle to 1 hour of free telephone support per month during office hours for production systems and line customizations provided by 21Grams.

Free software updates for PostSort Production

If a license is acquired, a 50% discount will be given on subsequent licenses.
